This information will be obtained through consumer reporting agencies and personal interviews with your friends, neighbors and associates. You may request to be interviewed in connection with the preparation of the report and upon request may receive a copy of the report.

For non-policy holders, we will verify a consumer’s identity by matching at least two or three consumer-provided data points with data points that we maintain, depending on the sensitivity of the information involved.
During the past 12 months, we may have disclosed personal information such as unique personal identifiers, physical information, and health/medical information to our affiliated insurance companies, appointed insurance agents, and service providers for business purposes such as to underwrite your policy, process your premium, maintain your policy, administer a claim, market products and services, respond to court orders and legal investigations, or report to consumer reporting agencies.
